Again sorry for the lack of posts recently but with holiday and going back to university everything's been up in the air a little bit!
Living off campus this year makes me want to explore Canterbury a little more, it's a really beautiful city which has a very good mix of independent and branded stores. Making the most of this beautiful weather Scott and I headed out for some after afternoon tea.

Canterbury's notorious chocolate cafe

The actual floor itself was a beautiful setting overlooking the incredible Canterbury Catherdral, the staff were friendly and the tea wear was just so pretty. It was also very reasonably priced at £14.90 for two- including a pot of tea and coffee, four scones with jam and clotted cream, and two slices of cake. If your after a hard core creative, one of a kind afternoon tea this is probably not 'your cup of tea' (so punny). But if you fancy a nice quiet, non fussy afternoon out then this is ideal.

I loved the environment of the cafe and is a really sweet place. But I think I have a lot more of Canterbury to discover before becoming a regular there!

Have you guys ever been to Canterbury? What are your favourite afternoon tea places?
